It's almost impossible to pick my favorite Scrubs episodes because I really love almost all of them. Honestly, I think Scrubs is one of my favorite shows of all time! Scrubs is a show that found a way to be a comedy while still having some dark moments that make you think about life. Oh, and who could forget J.D.'s narrations?! Let's take a looks at some of my favorite "Scrubs" episodes!
1. My Screw up
This is probably one of the most heartbreaking Scrubs episodes I can think of and yet, it's also one of my favorites. In this episode the audience is shown a sensitive, deep, and hurt side of Dr. Cox that isn't shown very often. What also makes this episode great is that the audience is given a big and heart-wrenching twist at the end. Even when I know that it's going to happen, I still cry like a baby. This is definitely one of my favorite Scrubs episodes.
2. My Musical
I know almost every word to all of the songs in this musical episode. This is just a really fun episode! I know some people write it off as a goofy and annoying episode because it's a musical, but I really love it. I've seen it multiple times and have the songs on my iPod. All of the songs are so catchy that it's just so much fun to watch. I can't lie, I do get a little teary eyed towards the end. It's a lot of fun anyway! I think I'll listen to some songs now.
3. My Last Words
This episode breaks my heart, but I really do love it. Turk and J.D. are really excited to go to their special steak dinner and talk about it throughout the entire episode. At the end though, they decide to sit with a man who will die in a matter of hours so that he doesn't die alone. It's a really sad ending, but actually a really sweet moment. It brings a tear to my eye every time. Scrubs is a great comedy that isn't afraid to get sad or deep.
4. My Own American Girl
I have a love/hate relationship with this episode. What I love about it is that Elliot kind of comes into her own. After having a really rough day, she feels completely broken down, but instead of continuing to wallow she gets angry and decides that she won't be seen as some innocent little girl anymore. Elliot goes and gets this really awesome makeover and an attitude change. She finally stands up for herself! What I hate about it is that Elliot's ex-boyfriend asks her back out after he sees her makeover and she says yes before J.D gets to ask her. Talk about heartbreak!
5. My Way or the Highway
I don't really remember this entire episode, but what I do remember are the reasons that it made it onto this list. This episode of Scrubs has a few musical scenes that are posed after West Side Story. The surgeons and the medical doctors are shown as rival gangs in some really funny scenes. They also sing a song called A Surgeon and a Doc Above it All in which they sing about being friends even though they're rivals. It's so funny, I just love watching it!
6. My Half Acre

While this is a good episode, there is only one reason that it is on my list. There is a scene where Turk dances to the song Poison by Bell Biv Devoe. It's a really hilarious scene that I have watched an insane amount of times. I can't even start to explain this scene; you just have to watch it yourself. It's one of my favorite scenes in the entire series.
7. My Way Home
I don't remember this episode really well either, but I do remember that it had a Wizard of Oz theme to it. I love The Wizard of Oz! This episode is brightly colored and there are many references to the movie, such as I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, and a Somewhere Over the Rainbow remake. I haven't seen this episode in a while and it still sticks out in my head because of these references. I just love it.
